Category: 3D Printing

3D Printing is the future of manufacturing.

The technology has been around for decades, but it’s only recently become accessible to everyone. Now you can print anything from toys and tools to food and fashion accessories. It’s a new way of thinking about how we create things – one that will change the world as we know it.

We have everything you need to get started with your own 3D Printer, including reviews on all our favorite printers, helpful guides for beginners, and informative articles on what this technology means for society now and in the future. You can even find out where you can buy a printer near you! Whether you want to make something small or large, complicated or simple – there are no limits when it comes to what 3D Printing can do for us today (and tomorrow).

3D printing is the process of making three-dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of a 3D-printed object is achieved using additive processes. In an additive process, an object is created by laying down successive layers of material until the entire object is created. Each layer can be seen as a thinly sliced horizontal cross-section of the eventual object.

While there are many different methods for creating these types of objects, some methods have been more popular than others in recent years. These include fused deposition modeling (FDM), selective laser sintering (SLS), stereolithography (SLA), and direct metal laser sintering (DMLS). There are also several other techniques that have become available over time to create 3d printed objects including paper printers, powder/binder jetting, electron beam melting and multi-jet modeling which allow for highly complex geometries to be printed with relative ease compared to traditional manufacturing techniques such as machining or injection molding.
